Working Cat Request Form

In order to be eligible for working cats from the Humane Society of Cambria County, candidates must:

Be at least 18 years old
Pass a background check
Provide shelter in the form of a permanent structure
Provide food daily
Provide water daily
Provide veterinary care as necessary
Understand that the Humane Society of Cambria County reserves the right to refuse the placement of any working cat to any individual

I understand that the Humane Society of Cambria County reserves the right to perform a home visit prior to granting my request.

I understand that even upon completion of this form, I am not guaranteed to be provided the working cat(s) I requested and that the Humane Society of Cambria County reserves the right to deny any request.
